Job summary

MAPEI Corporation seeks a Regional QEHS Management Systems Manager to drive quality, environmental, health, and safety management across multiple plants. You will partner with site leadership to assure ISO alignment, lead audits, and guide continuous improvement under the Business Management System (BMS).

The role involves risk assessment, CAPA leadership, documentation control, and collaboration on regional/executive projects. Strong travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting QEHS management systems in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.
• Experience with internal and external audits.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and improvement of the Business Management System across locations.
• Partner with site leadership to ensure ISO compliance and internal requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and certification activities.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions and track improvements.
• Support management reviews and analyze performance metrics.
• Assist with risk assessments, nonconformances, and incident follow-up.
