Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in construction.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures.
• Manage and oversee the company's quality control program, including metrics reporting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure QC standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure QC standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and deliver QC training programs to project teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in QC.
