Job summary

Intermedia Group Inc. seeks a Quality Assurance Regional Manager-Midwest to lead QA across three sites, with bases in Defiance, OH or Bridgeton, MO. The role ensures products are safe and compliant with company, customer, and regulatory standards, meeting quality expectations across all sites.

You will drive a culture of excellence through coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and development of regional teams; relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Solid QA experience in the Food & Beverages manufacturing industry.
• 10+ to 15 years of experience in quality leadership.
• Experience overseeing QA at multiple sites (3 sites) is a plus.
• Familiarity with PCQI, HACCP, and SQF requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional QA strategy and safety programs across three sites.
• Drive continuous improvement in product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Coach and develop regional QA teams; manage performance.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Commercial teams on new product launches.
• Interface with customers, inspectors, and auditors with professionalism.
