Qualifications

• Foreign Education: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Region by developing strategic and tactical plans for the states and territories included in their region to achieve HRSA and IEA goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with state, territory, local, and tribal government leaders and create new partnerships with key stakeholders to address HRSA's key priorities.
• Sustain close working relationships with HRSA senior leadership to assure that the Regional Offices' staff partnerships, collaborations and technical assistance activities are coordinated within the Agency.
• Present regional surveillance and analysis of health care trends and make recommendations to HRSA leadership, government officials and stakeholders to improve policies and programs.
• Serve as a member of the IEA management team and exercise management authority for general administration of HRSA's regional offices.
