Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at varying levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
• Familiarity with non-emergency transportation brokerage is a plus
• Knowledge of proprietary software or ability to learn new systems quickly

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key relationship manager for transportation providers within an assigned market.
• Build and maintain productive provider relationships at the local and regional level.
• Represent the company in meetings with provider partners to manage performance and identify mutual solutions.
• Make decisions related to provider relationships and day-to-day operational needs.
• Manage transportation execution across all modes for the assigned area.
• Monitor provider performance against key metrics (safety, on-time delivery, compliance, complaints).
• Identify opportunities for improvement through provider communication and data review.
• Train providers and departmental staff on policies, procedures, processes, portals, and system changes.
