This role requires relocation to Wichita, KS upon acceptance of an offer and confirmed start date.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Lead and mentor on-site teams across multiple communities, ensuring high performance and engagement.
• Build vibrant, resident-centered communities - not just buildings, but true neighborhoods.
• Own the operational and financial success of your region, including P&L, occupancy, rent growth, and expense control.
• Drive leasing performance, maximize renewals, and oversee resident satisfaction.
• Partner with corporate teams to plan and execute capital projects and long-term improvements.
• Uphold and embody the Monarch culture throughout your region.
• Ensure proactive employee relations and talent development.

What We're Looking For :

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily housing management
• Demonstrated success managing multiple communities
• Proven leadership experience with teams of 15+ employees
• Strong financial acumen with full understanding of regional P&L management
• Solid knowledge of multifamily maintenance operations
• A hands-on, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic environment
• Ability to live and work in Wichita, KS

Compensation & Benefits :

• Base Salary : $85,000 - $100,000 / year DOE
• Up to $12,000 / year in Quarterly Bonuses
• 401(k) with up to 3% annual match
• Tuition reimbursement & paid training programs
• Generous PTO :
• Year 1 : 80 hours
• Years 2-4 : 120 hours
• 5+ years : 160 hours
• 3-week paid sabbatical every 5 years or 2-week pay bonus
• 8 Paid Holidays + 2 Half-Day Holidays + Your Birthday or Work Anniversary Off
• Medical Insurance : Only $45 / month through Blue Cross
