Broad Management Group is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple SC properties. You will manage tenant relations, maintenance, budgets, and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and financial performance.

The role requires 3+ years of property management experience, strong communication, and organizational skills. In-person work in Greenwood/Anderson/Greenville, SC with a generous benefits package.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in property management or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for tenants and handle inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate leasing processes, renewals, and terminations per policy.
• Supervise maintenance and vendor contracts to ensure quality work.
• Develop and manage the property budget and monitor expenses.
• Market vacant units and implement leasing strategies to optimize occupancy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain records and logs.
• Prepare regular performance and occupancy reports.
