Job summary

Mayfair Management Group is seeking a Regional Manager to supervise Community Managers across assigned communities. You will lead day-to-day operations, liaise with residents and vendors, and drive marketing and budget initiatives to maximize NOI.

The role requires LIHTC/HUD experience, ability to travel overnight, and a proactive, team-driven mindset. A bachelor’s degree is preferred along with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Rent Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• LIHTC & HUD experience required.
• Ability to travel overnight and work weekends/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in marketing plan development and annual budget.
• Ensure 100% tax-credit compliance for assigned properties.
• Review and approve payables; monitor NOI and occupancy reports.
• Conduct property inspections and audits; manage data in Rent Manager.
• Develop resident retention, marketing, and advertising programs.
