Job description

Regional Property Manager II

The Regional Property Manager II is responsible for all aspects of fiduciary asset management and oversight of a real estate portfolio within an assigned geographical area. The properties may include residential, commercial, agricultural, timber, or other types.

Position Competencies

Successful candidates have strong decision-making, negotiating, risk management, and customer service skills, as well as a desire to actively participate in business development. Preferred skills/experience include knowledge of fiduciary principles.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Preserve and enhance real estate assets through prudent asset and property management, identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks.
  2. Collaborate with trust officers, co-fiduciaries, clients, and professional advisors to resolve issues within the real estate portfolio.
  3. Manage or oversee third-party management of commercial and residential income properties.
  4. Prepare annual property reviews, coordinate triennial valuations, and perform or coordinate annual property inspections.
  5. Sell and acquire real estate assets directly or through outside brokers; negotiate listing agreements, purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other related agreements.
  6. Participate in business development by engaging in client calls and presentations, promoting Trust Real Estate products and services.
  7. Maintain productive relationships with centers of influence and the real estate community.

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, or Real Estate from an accredited university and at least 8 years of experience in real estate asset management.
  • CCIM / CPM or other professional real estate designations are a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment:

Category C - Days in the office will vary from 2 to 5 days per week.

Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary:

For candidates in California, Colorado, Washington, New York, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, or Massachusetts, the expected salary range is:

  • California: $92,000 - $172,500 annually.

Salary ranges are subject to change and depend on various factors including location, experience, and skills.
