Regional Property Manager (Dallas / Ft. Worth Area)

The Regional Property Manager (“RPM”) is a crucial position within Outrig, as this role will office out of and oversee the day-to-day operations of our new assets in the northern Dallas / Ft. Worth area. Over time, this role will also be responsible for a handful of other assets within our portfolio. This position will report directly to our VP of Operations and will play a critical role in improving and driving operational best practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the property condition is up to the Outrig brand standard through regular and routine property inspections
• Manage and improve key vendor relationships within the market ensuring we get the best service while paying market pricing
• Handle in person dialogue with existing and new customers
• Understand the benefits of an Outrig property versus other competing properties (amenities, pricing, etc.)
• Persistence to collect rent on time, minimizing delinquency and bad debt write-offs
• Keep the facility clean and welcoming for tenants, while communicating to management any facility needs that need to be addressed
• Completing daily, weekly and monthly checklists as needed
• Manage onsite temporary signage to ensure any banners are getting rotated and messaging is not getting stale
• Direct customers to our onsite service and repair locations, where necessary

Required Qualifications

• Previous property management experience is required (3+ years is preferred)
• Prior experience with software platforms StorEDGE, Sitelink, or other storage operating systems is a plus
• Good data entry skills and attention to detail
• Organized and able to drive multiple projects at once
• A positive and resilient attitude
• A team player that can wear multiple hats
• Ability to travel, when necessary
