Our Ideal Candidate Has

• 3-5 years’ experience of regional property management experience or the equivalent related property management experience.
• Experience managing teams of 5-6 employees.
• Solid financial analysis, sales, marketing and customer service experience as it relates to property management.
• Understanding of budgets and financial statements and the ability to work within budgeted guidelines.
• CA Department of Real Estate License preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure that the portfolio and individual communities meet the established operational, financial, and business performance goals.
• Provide leadership to the site staff.
• Coordinate work activities of vendors, consultants and other contractors.
• Promote client satisfaction and retention.
• Review, analyze, and interpret market data.
• Develop the annual budget(s).
• Effectively communicate with clients, residents, vendors and peers.
• Ensure that the appearance and physical aspects of the properties meet the Company and owner’s established standards.
• Complete various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable laws, e.g., Fair Housing and Landlord/Tenant laws.
