A property management firm is looking for a Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple manufactured housing communities and multifamily properties. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with strong financial acumen and interpersonal skills. This remote position may require up to 50% travel. Competitive salary of $70,000 to $85,000, plus bonuses and benefits including paid time off and insurance.

We are seeking a high-performing Regional Property Manager (RPM) to oversee multiple manufactured housing communities and multifamily apartment properties nationwide. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes extreme ownership, and has the ability to inspire and hold teams accountable.
The RPM will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and maximizing NOI across their region. We’re looking for someone who is not only strategic but also willing to roll up their sleeves and step in to support their team when needed. This position is remote and may require up to 50% travel at certain times.
Salary Range: $70,000 to $85,000 per year depending on experience
Bonuses: Earn Up to $10,000 OTE annually, (paid bi-annually)
Paid Time Off (PTO): 4 weeks in your first year

Lead and develop on-site managers and staff to deliver outstanding property operations.
Oversee day-to-day community functions including rent collection, violation notices, evictions, resident engagement, maintenance, and special projects.
Become proficient in Rent Manager and train on-site staff to use property management software, task boards, and reporting tools effectively.
Analyze financial performance, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed NOI targets.
Partner with the infill and sales teams to drive occupancy and home sales.
Conduct weekly virtual meetings, site visits, and check-ins to ensure accountability and performance alignment.
Identify strengths and weaknesses across your portfolio and execute strategic initiatives to improve outcomes.
Step in operationally as a Community Manager when needed to ensure seamless operations.
Proven experience in property management is ideal (manufactured housing and/or multifamily preferred).
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to understand budgets, NOI, and key performance drivers.
Proficiency with technology, including property management software, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), reporting tools, and task management systems.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a history of holding teams accountable and achieving measurable results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to inspire and influence teams at all levels.
A self-starter who takes initiative, thrives under pressure, and solves problems with little guidance.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Flexible and hands-on, with the ability to step in as a Community Manager when necessary.
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
As an exempt, salaried employee, you are required to take emergency calls and respond outside normal business hours as needed. This is included in your salaried compensation and will not result in additional pay.
