Great opportunity for a Regional Property Manager to join a dynamic team in the Richmond, VA area supporting a portfolio of 4 markets with multiple assets.

***All assets are owner-managed.

The Regional Property Manager position supports and executes the company’s strategies related to property management operations by directing team members on the assigned portfolio of properties and implementing policies, procedures, and practices that enable each property to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Regional Property Manager, with a college degree in a related field preferred. Competitive pay.

Requirements

To execute the company's strategies for a portfolio of properties through tasks that include:

• Reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting market data.
• Providing leadership to the team of community managers.
• Promoting client satisfaction and retention.
• Completing various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analyses.
• Ensuring that the portfolio and individual communities meet established operational, financial, and business performance goals.
• Developing the annual budget(s).
• Coordinating work activities and services from vendors, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensuring the appearance and physical standards of the properties meet the company's and owners' standards.
• Reporting budgetary and other items to specific asset managers.
• Having experience with different classes of properties and multiple clients.

Education Requirement: College degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred or equivalent experience.

Industry Certifications: e.g., CPM, CAPS, CAM, etc., are also preferred.

Experience as a Multi-site, Senior Manager, or Regional Property Manager, preferably over owned assets.

Knowledge of the Columbia, SC market.

A proven track record of supporting teams and properties to increase occupancy and staffing.

KNOCK and Resman experience are a plus.
