Gables Residential is seeking a qualified candidate to join our Operations team as a Regional Manager. We are looking for super-organized, highly motivated, customer-oriented, success-driven creative thinkers to apply. As a Regional Manager, you will focus on maximizing the profitability of assets within your market area through creative marketing strategies, developing high-quality on-site teams, and implementing quality control procedures.
The position may be based in Tampa, Orlando, or Ft. Myers, depending on candidate preference, overseeing North Florida.
Using your communication skills and property management experience, you will work with owners to identify property goals, conduct market studies, prepare budgets, and develop pricing strategies. To succeed, candidates should have a minimum of three years’ experience as a Regional Manager, strong leadership skills, and effective communication. A college degree is preferred but not required.
