Job summary

Talon Headhunters is partnering with a confidential client to identify an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a 3-community, ~630-unit market-rate portfolio in Homestead, FL. This role leads operations, rents optimization, budgeting, and on-site teams within a high‑performing portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in multifamily PM, strong Yardi Voyager experience, and either South Florida market knowledge or willingness to relocate. Base compensation is $100,000–$120,000.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites/regional portfolios.
• Hands-on leadership style with on-site teams.
• Knowledge of Yardi/Yardi Voyager.
• South Florida market knowledge or willingness to relocate to Homestead, FL.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across 3 communities (≈630 units) in Homestead, FL.
• Develop rent optimization and premium pricing strategies.
• Manage budgeting, month-end reporting, and performance tracking.
• Drive occupancy, renewals, and lease-up execution; supervise on-site staff.

Talon Headhunters is partnering with a confidential client to find an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a 3-community, ~630-unit market-rate portfolio in Homestead, FL.

Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 base

What you'll own:

• Full operational leadership across 3 communities
• Rent optimization and premium pricing strategy (floor, view, unit features)
• Budgeting, month-end reporting, and performance tracking
• Occupancy, renewals, and lease-up execution
• Team leadership across multiple on-site staffs

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years of multifamily property management experience, including multi-site/regional oversight
• Strong hands-on experience with Yardi / Yardi Voyager
• Track record with lease-ups, occupancy growth, and NOI performance
• Comfortable with a hands-on, in-the-field leadership style
• South Florida market knowledge (or willingness to relocate to the Homestead area)
