Tarantino Properties, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Regional Supervisor to lead our on-site teams across a designated region.

You will conduct monthly property inspections, mentor on-site managers, and work with Community Managers on annual budgets to meet financial and operational goals. We value leaders who drive improvements, monitor budgets, oversee maintenance, and coordinate capital projects to maintain market position.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Regional Manager in the Multifamily Industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to a region of on-site team members
• Conduct monthly on-site inspections of properties within designated region
• Consult and mentor on-site managers to analyze opportunities and monitor outcomes
• Work with Community Managers on annual operating budgets
• Monitor budget control and financial goals
• Oversee property maintenance and capital improvements as needed
