Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division seeks a Regional Project Operations Team Leader to drive growth and operational excellence across a NA region. The role oversees regional project operations, coordinates with plants and districts, and leads a high-performing PM organization.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in relevant fields, a valid US driver's license, and residency within 50 miles of one of Eaton’s offices. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years in Field Sales, Project Management/Engineering, Product Management, or Construction experience.
• United States work authorization without sponsorship now and in the future.
• Residence within 50-mile radius of Deerfield Beach, FL; Smyrna, GA; Morrisville, NC; Raleigh, NC; Louisville, KY; or Nashville, TN.
• Current, unrestricted driver’s license with satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
• Compliance with Eaton’s safety program and related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional growth by strengthening customer relationships and expanding revenue opportunities.
• Promote Eaton's complete Project Operations solutions portfolio to position Eaton as the preferred provider.
• Lead regional project operations for portfolios up to $50M and ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day regional operations including staffing, budgets, orders, revenue and margin performance.
• Develop schedules, forecasts, budgets and workforce plans to support business objectives.
• Build and maintain a high-performing PM organization with recruiting, coaching and development.
