Toyota Automated Logistics seeks a Regional Project Engineer for the Memphis team to design material handling systems and manage projects with autonomy. You will work with Field Application Engineers on proposals, designs, and execution, including robotics and automation technologies.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, scheduling, and customer-focused collaboration. Travel about 20% and a strong emphasis on safety and security policies are part of the job.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Systems preferred).
• 3–5 years experience in automated material handling.
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar software.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Excellent technical problem-solving capability (hardware, controls).
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills.
• Willing and transparent communicator.
• Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
• Employees must follow information security policies and report suspected security incidents.

Responsabilidades

• Design proposals and assist with project design work.
• Oversee site supervision and project management activities.
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and implementation plans.
• Assist with AutoCAD drawings, quotes, and parts orders.
• Improve project execution processes and workflows.
• Resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support site installations including material inventory and subcontractor supervision.
• Collaborate with Field Application Engineers for smooth project handoffs.
• Develop deep understanding of material handling equipment and suppliers.
• Notify stakeholders of project or schedule changes.
