Job summary

Kleinfelder is seeking a North Carolina Program Lead to grow our Commercial and Industrial business. The role demands strong leadership, client relationship skills, and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams across design, permitting, and construction.

Hybrid office role in NC (Charlotte/Raleigh/Greensboro) with focus on delivering client value. The ideal candidate has 12+ years of related experience, including 6+ years in project management, and may hold a PE license.

Qualifications

• Preferred, Bachelor of Science Degreein Engineering or other technical degree
• Preferred, Professional Engineer (PE)
• 12+ years of related experience, including 6+ years of project management experience
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary design, permitting and construction as a consultant

Responsibilities

• Ability to target and generate new opportunities
• Overseeing pursuits, designate the appropriate resources to projects, define client needs, address client concerns and suggest solutions to solve project challenges
• Nurturing and growing client relationships
• Managing project execution including proposal development, project organization, subcontractor management, scheduling, financial management, health and safety stewardship, and delivery quality
• Leading technical, cost, and scheduling decisions for interdisciplinary teams and driving customer value
