This senior role focuses on program performance, financial management, compliance, staff development, and strategic growth to improve community care.

You will oversee budgets, partnerships, and quality initiatives while expanding services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field.
• 5 years of experience in behavioral health, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience overseeing mental health and/or substance use programs preferred.
• Professional licensure is preferred but not required.
• Must meet all required Pennsylvania background clearance requirements.
