Job summary

World Pediatrics seeks a Program Coordinator to manage logistical support for incoming patients and families, coordinate with partner cities, and oversee volunteers and interns in St. Louis. This role focuses on delivering compassionate care and maintaining robust case management across the U.S.

region. The position requires a Bachelor's in Human Services or public health and 1–2 years of related experience, with strong MS Office skills and experience working with families and children in care

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or Public Health-related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in the same or similar role.
Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Coordinate logistical support for incoming patients and families to St. Louis and partner cities.
Recruit and supervise program volunteers and interns.
Provide emotional and social support to families undergoing care.
Maintain timely communication with U.S. Region team and international partners for patient updates.
Track program expenditures and maintain records in the Patient Information System.
Support Communications and Development with content for social media and donor stewardship.
