Job summary

St. Louis Children's Hospital is seeking a Project Specialist to provide comprehensive operational and administrative support for Raising St. Louis.

You will coordinate client intake, referral management, program documentation, transportation services, and reporting. The role serves as the central operational hub for multiple service lines, ensuring timely processing of referrals, accurate data management, regulatory compliance, and coordinated communication among internal staff and community

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience.

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Automobile Liability Insurance.
  • Licensed/Registered vehicle.

St. Louis Children's Hospital has an opportunity for a Project Specialist to provide comprehensive operational and administrative support for Raising St. Louis. Responsibilities include coordinating client intake, referral management, program documentation, transportation services, reporting, and community partner communications. This position serves as the central operational hub for multiple service lines, ensuring timely processing of referrals, accurate data management, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination between internal staff and external community partners.

The Project Specialist supports program quality and efficiency by maintaining multiple tracking systems, coordinating client transitions, assisting with special projects and events, and ensuring consistent communication across interdisciplinary teams.

Monday‑Friday, hybrid opportunity.
