Job summary

Reworld project team seeks a Procurement Specialist based in Niagara Falls, NY to lead regional sourcing strategies and supplier onboarding across NY/PA sites. You will manage supplier qualification, RFPs, and contractual negotiations, ensuring cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.

BS in Supply Chain/Finance required with 5–7+ years in procurement; MS Office and ERP experience (PeopleSoft/SAP) is essential. Travel about 30% to support multiple facilities within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; MBA/CPSM/PMP desirable but not required.
• 5–7+ years of procurement and supply management experience required.
• Strong negotiation skills and data-driven decision making essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems (PeopleSoft/SAP) and MS Project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage local/regional procurement process per Reworld procedures and policies.
• Lead supplier qualification, onboarding, performance management, and cost control.
• Coordinate RFPs, bids, market comparisons, and contract negotiations.
• Develop and report KPIs; ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Corporate/Regional Procurement and site teams; travel ~30%.
