Essity in Kentucky is hiring a Procurement (Purchasing) Manager for the Central Region, overseeing two plants in Middletown, OH and Harrodsburg, KY. Based in Harrodsburg, you will coordinate regional procurement and negotiate vendor agreements in line with Essity’s strategy.

Lead the regional procurement team, implement sourcing strategies, manage budgets, ensure internal controls, and collaborate with operations, corporate procurement and finance to deliver value, compliance and continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years in Purchasing/Contract Administration with leadership experience.
• Strong vendor negotiations and procurement process knowledge.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP, ARIBA and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional procurement agreements and vendor performance.
• Lead purchasing processes and systems for the Central Region and sites.
• Train and optimize procurement personnel across sites.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations, Corporate Procurement and Finance.
• Manage regional cost budgets and forecast information for Finance.
