Responsibilities
- Oversee daily private aviation operations at ORL, ensuring safety, efficiency and professional service.
- Lead, coach, and develop operations, customer service, ramp, and administrative staff.
- Establish staffing plans, procedures, and performance expectations.
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
- Ensure staffing and resources support maintenance and customer needs.
