Job summary

Qualifications

• Administrative leadership experience in a growth or homebuilding company.
• Minimum 5 years in homebuilding operations/production or equivalent.
• Education equivalence accepted for the required role.

Responsibilities

• Reviews performance against operating plans and standards.
• Presents monthly reports on performance as requested by the COO.
• Develops and recommends operations policy to support the mission of the company.
• Coordinates with other departments to establish responsibilities and budgets.
• Defines objectives and creates short- and long-term plans with supporting budgets.
