Job summary

Executive Recruiting Consultants in the United States seeks a Regional President for a locally owned community bank in Eastern South Dakota. The role focuses on regional growth, leadership of market leaders, and delivering exceptional client service in a face-to-face environment.

You will oversee commercial lending activities, guide growth initiatives, and collaborate with executive leadership to establish regional financial objectives and compliance with internal standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple market leaders to achieve regional growth objectives while developing high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Guide business growth initiatives by strengthening client relationships, expanding market opportunities, and monitoring performance against established goals.
• Provide oversight of commercial lending activities, including credit quality, portfolio performance, risk evaluation, and adherence to internal standards.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop regional strategies, establish financial objectives, and support long-term organizational growth.
• Promote consistent operational practices that align with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and service expectations.
• Coach and mentor leadership teams by establishing clear performance expectations, providing ongoing development, and fostering accountability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and community partners to enhance market presence and identify new growth opportunities.
