Job summary

Connect Centric is seeking a Program Manager, Membership & Engagement for Latin America to drive regional growth, engagement, and member value across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile. You will collaborate with global teams, chapter leaders, and partners to translate strategy into action and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-8 years in program management, membership organizations, or international market engagement preferred.
• Spanish proficiency required; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional growth strategies for Latin America across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and Chile.
• Drive member acquisition and retention initiatives and measure outcomes.
• Coordinate with universities, industry partners, and chapters to expand engagement and partnerships.
• Support chapter activation, sustainment, and leadership development across the region.
