Job summary

P&C Recruiting | H.R. seeks a Regional Plant Manager to lead all aspects of operations at a large-scale facility. You will own the P&L, drive performance against KPIs, and shape a culture of excellence through coaching and team development.

You will oversee budgeting, safety, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives, working with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure operational excellence and community engagement.

Qualifications

5-10 years of senior-level plant or facility operations leadership.
Strong background in industrial sectors such as mining, aggregates, materials, or chemicals.
Experience managing capital projects and overseeing large maintenance budgets.
Proven ownership of P&L for a full-site operation.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day plant operations including production, maintenance, safety, environmental compliance, and team performance.
Own and manage the full P&L; drive financial countability across departments.
Ensure the site meets or exceeds performance targets aligned with corporate KPIs.
Direct capital and operating budgets, with oversight of a significant annual maintenance spend.
Champion continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or other proven systems.
Build a culture of excellence through hiring, coaching, and team development.
Oversee proactive equipment care and reliability planning.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
Serve as the site's public-facing leader in community engagement efforts.
