Novant Health is seeking a Clinical Physician Executive to lead the Hospital Based Medicine Institute in the Charlotte Region. This executive will have responsibility for six hospitals, about 80 physicians and 50 advanced practice providers, with a 0.7 admin and 0.3 clinical footprint.

The role requires strong leadership, relationship-building, and strategic planning to grow Hospital-Based Medicine services and integrate virtual care across sites. A current NC medical license is required.

Qualifikationen

• Medical doctor required.
• Five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in hospital-based roles.
• Medical Director or Department Chair experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic clinical leadership for the Hospital Based Medicine Institute across six Charlotte Region hospitals.
• Oversee growth, operational excellence, and clinical advancement of Hospital-Based Medicine specialties.
• Plan and manage budgets, resources, and policies in partnership with senior system leaders.
• Further develop virtual care models to improve access and care delivery across the region.
