Qualifications

• Criminal background check completed.
• Maintain current PTCB or NHA certification and state license(s) as required.

Responsibilities

• Support and work with pharmacy staff to achieve pharmaceutical care and business outcomes.
• Serve as a technician trainer when needed and directed by the RPOM.
• Assist the pharmacist under supervision with filling prescriptions and all other certified technician duties.
• Train pharmacy teams on new programs and processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of customers and company information.
• Operate pharmacy register, computer software and all systems within the pharmacy.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Assist in third-party prescription information and resolving rejected claims.
• Communicate with pharmacy teams, store leadership and pharmacy operations group.
• Assist in inventory management and physical inventory procedures; summarize variance reports.
• Support RPOM with other training or tasks as directed.
• Serve as a role model for pharmacy practices and policies.
