Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a regional pharmacy technician to support Tipton, Frankfort, and White Pharmacies. Typical hours are 7am–4pm, Monday–Friday, with supervision from pharmacists.

You will handle inventory, processing, distribution, and compounding as needed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety. Applicants should have 2+ years of experience, Indiana Pharmacy Technician License or intern/extern license, and Pharmacy Technician Certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Indiana Pharmacy Technician License or intern/extern license required.
• Pharmacy Technician National Certification preferred.
• Strong math and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory, preparation, distribution and compounding under pharmacist supervision.
• Process medication orders, answer phones, and input orders into the system.
• Help minimize medication errors and support continuous quality and safety.
