Job summary

Life-Assist Inc. is seeking an Assistant Regional Distribution Manager (ARDM) for the Lenexa, KS distribution facility. The ARDM will manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure safety, quality, delivery and inventory targets are met.

Responsibilities include overseeing pharmaceutical storage, temperature monitoring, expiration tracking, and processing quarantines/returns. Strong leadership, two years in pharma distribution, and supervisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

BA/AA or certifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
2 years full-time history with a pharmacy or wholesaler in distribution and record-keeping of prescription drugs.
Forklift certified and able to operate related equipment.
Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical distribution experience.
Minimum 3 years supervisory/management experience of personnel.
Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient with MS Office and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

Oversee distribution center activities and daily supervision of personnel.
Ensure safety, quality, delivery and inventory objectives are met.
Assist Senior Regional Distribution Manager with performance objectives and planning.
Oversee storage of pharmaceutical products and regulatory compliance in the warehouse.
Manage daily temperature logging, expiration dates, quarantine and returns as needed.
Interface with stakeholders and maintain accurate records and reporting.
