Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Retail Pharmacist to compound and dispense medications and manage prescription records, patient charges and inventory. You will directly work with patients and help shape department strategy with considerable autonomy.

The role requires a Pharmacy degree, Florida licensure, and immunization certification, with bilingual Spanish/English preferred. 40-hour weeks; pay range $115,200–$158,400 per year; bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree and Florida license.
• Immunization certification is required.
• Ability to work with patients and ensure workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Compounds and dispenses medications and other pharmaceuticals.
• Maintain records on prescriptions, patient charges and inventory.
• Provide drug information to patients and interact with customers.
• Sign and check compounded dispenses and prepack labels.
• Assist in end-of-day closing and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Monitor quality assurance measurements and maintain high patient care standards.
