Ideal candidates will possess a university degree in Exercise Science or related fields, hold an up-to-date personal training certification, and have significant leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years related sales experience in fitness industry.
• 3 years of leadership and management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Personal Training Managers within district.
• Achieve and exceed company KPIs.
• Directly responsible for departmental financial performance.
