Job summary

GreenArrow is seeking a Regional People & Talent Manager to support field-based teams across California, Washington, and Utah. You will act as a trusted partner to regional leaders, guiding employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition while aligning with company policies and safety culture.

This remote, field-focused role requires at least five years of HR experience, travel of roughly half the year, and the ability to translate people strategies into practical solutions

• Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% throughout the year.

• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, corrective action, documentation, and conflict resolution.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and regional leadership to plan for and address workforce needs.
• Support onboarding, employee engagement, retention, and leadership development efforts.
• Help ensure consistent application of company policies, benefits, compensation practices, and employment requirements.
• Support newly acquired teams as they transition to GreenArrow programs, policies, and practices.
• Use workforce data and employee feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Reinforce GreenArrow's values, safety culture, and leadership expectations throughout the region.

We are seeking a relationship-driven Regional People & Talent Manager to support employees and leaders across our operations in California, Washington, and Utah. As the primary People & Talent partner for the region, you will provide practical, hands‑on guidance across employee relations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, employee engagement, and acquisition integration.

This is a remote, field-focused position, and the successful candidate must reside in California, Washington, or Utah. The role requires at least 50% travel throughout the year to construction sites and regional offices across the three-state territory.

This individual contributor role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building trusted relationships, supporting field-based teams, and translating people strategies into practical solutions that help employees and the business succeed.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• At least five years of progressive human resources or People & Talent experience.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or field‑based operations.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and employment law.
• Ability to build trust and provide practical guidance to employees and leaders at all levels.
• Strong judgment, discretion, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast‑paced, operational environment.
• Proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% throughout the year.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HR certification such as SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
• Experience supporting both union and non‑union employee populations, including interpretation and application of collective bargaining agreements, is preferred.
• Experience supporting multi‑state, construction, infrastructure, or field‑services operations.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or business integrations.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus

The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and location. In addition to base salary, GreenArrow offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.
