Job summary

PM Pediatric Care is seeking a Regional Clinical Manager to lead clinical training and onboarding for providers across multiple sites. The role emphasizes upholding the company culture, quality standards, and safety while managing education and ongoing provider development.

The RCM will coordinate onboarding, credentialing, and required training, and will adjust staffing and schedules to align with training needs and seasonal demand, ensuring high performance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Able to obtain and maintain DEA certification.
• Licensed in the state where the site is located.
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
• Training and quality improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person orientation and education for new providers.
• Reinforce skill development among underperforming providers.
• Adjust provider schedules to match training needs and seasonality.
• Address quality and safety concerns and escalate as needed.
• Travel weekly or bi-weekly to all sites.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program

Licensed in the state where the site is located
