Job summary

TikTok is seeking an experienced procurement leader to design and optimize end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring sustainable, compliant purchasing and strong vendor management.

You will partner with finance, internal controls, and cross-functional teams to drive automation, implement SOPs, monitor payment performance, and deliver data-driven improvements across a global supply base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5+ years of relevant procurement, supply chain, or finance experience.
• Familiar with centralized procurement payment processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end procurement processes.
• Develop SOPs, set SLA metrics, and standardize operations.
• Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
• Coordinate with finance and internal control on cross-functional projects.
• Ensure compliance with policies and monitor payment implementation.
• Identify payment risks and implement controls with internal control team.
• Analyze data, report metrics, and propose improvements.
• Plan and manage projects, allocating resources and tracking progress.
• Support management of BPO vendors and POC activities.
