Qualifications

We are seeking a Regional Outreach Manager to lead our outreach efforts across Northern New England (Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont).

As the Regional Outreach Manager, you will serve as a strategic connector and trusted resource within your territory, representing Monte Nido’s portfolio of programs. You’ll work closely with internal teams and the broader professional community to increase awareness of our services, build referral relationships, and support families and providers in finding the right care.

You will report to the Director of Outreach and collaborate with our clinical, admissions, and business development teams to ensure alignment across regional goals and outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Cultivate, maintain, and grow strategic relationships with referring providers, treatment professionals, schools, and health systems in the Northern New England region.

  • Represent Monte Nido’s in-person and virtual services across all brands, with a focus on our residential and PHP/IOP locations in Massachusetts.

  • Organize and attend networking events, professional conferences, presentations, and site tours, both virtually and in-person.

  • Partner with internal teams to support census goals and market-specific growth objectives.

  • Identify new business development opportunities and report on regional trends and competitive insights.

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and relationship development using CRM tools.

  • Travel regularly throughout the region to ensure a strong and visible presence.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in a marketing or business development role for a healthcare organization is highly desired.
  • Able to show skill of creating and managing referral bases within a region.
  • Skilled at event planning and have strong public speaking skills.
  • Relationship development and cultivation is necessary.
  • Moderate local and regional travel is a required component of this position; driver's license with safe driving history is a requirement.
  • Successful management of multiple, simultaneous initiatives is expected.
  • An understanding of managed care at a fundamental level is required.
  • Proficient use of Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational skills, thriving on independent work, and situational fluency.

  • Experience in Mental Health, Behavioral Health, Chemical Dependency, and Eating Disorder treatment settings are advantages in this position.
