Job summary

Estes Express, a leading LTL freight carrier, seeks drivers committed to safety and reliability. You will operate a tractor-trailer, comply with FMCSA regulations, and provide professional service to customers.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Must reside within 75 miles of the domiciled Service Center and/or work assignment.
• HazMat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements required.
• Able to meet FMCSA requirements for medical exams and road tests.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and operate tractor-trailer safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor/trailer to transport freight in compliance with FMCSA rules.
• Maintain required records for compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Adhere to safety, security, and DOT regulations and report discrepancies.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tractor and trailer.
• Use in-cab technology and logs as required.
• Provide professional service to customers and maintain reliability and on-time performance.
