Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA) seeks an Executive Director, Enterprise Regional Enablement to lead regional operational risk enablement across assigned regions. You will translate enterprise standards, coordinate with CoEs, and embed risk professionals within regional business units to drive RCAs, KRI design, and remediation planning.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in risk-related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in operational risk, internal controls, or related second-line function.
• 5+ years people management in regional/matrixed environments.
• Experience across multiple geographies and regulatory regimes preferred.
• Proficiency with GRC platforms, reporting tools, and data analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as regional operational risk enablement lead with key stakeholders.
• Translate enterprise standards to regional use, with local overlays.
• Deploy embedded analysts to support RCAs, KRIs, and remediation.
• Lead regional control programs and monitor effectiveness and gaps.
• Coordinate training, communities of practice, and regional risk communications.
• Represent regional needs in platform decisions and drive adoption.
