Position Overview

DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) is seeking a Regional Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations of Care Coordinators and lead a team towards achieving company objectives. This is a HYBRID role requiring remote leadership from your home office, with overnight travel across Ohio, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania to engage with teammates and providers. The ideal candidate will reside in Ohio.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise RN Care Managers and Care Coordinators, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Provide leadership, onboarding, training, coaching, and development to team members
  • Create a positive work environment and support professional growth
  • Communicate job expectations and ensure quality patient care
  • Handle employment activities including hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions
  • Monitor workflow and team metrics to meet targets
  • Collaborate with People Services on employee relations issues
  • Conduct teammate evaluations and develop professional goals
  • Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations
  • Lead team meetings, prepare informational materials, and present to management
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of records
  • Manage time tracking, overtime, attendance, and PTO
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • At least 2 years supervisory experience leading a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
