Job summary

Centennial Mental Health Center Incorporated seeks an Operations Leader who will report to the Vice President of Operations, drive efficiency across all offices, develop staff performance, and maintain high standards of service delivery. The role requires regular travel to Burlington, Elizabeth, or Limon, CO and relocation if needed.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare or operations management, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), strong leadership and communication skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; or combination of education and equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business, healthcare, or operations management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel regularly to various office locations within the region.
• Proficiency in using office software and operational management tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance operational efficiencies across locations.
• Supervise and develop staff; oversee Office Coordinators.
• Travel to the 10 offices to oversee operations and ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and monitor KPIs.
• Prepare and present operational reports to the VP of Operations.
• Foster client and community relationships and engage stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departments to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
