Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and industrial safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets and controlling operating expenses.
• Proficiency with MES and ERP software.

About the Role

This role is responsible for managing all aspects of plant production, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and compliance. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control systems, and industrial safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
