Job Description

  • Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to develop project specific timelines and budgets
  • Management of project specific schedule during preconstruction through completion
  • Create your own team of Project Managers and Superintendents for all projects
  • Manage and negotiate terms of agreements, drafting of contracts to analyze and mitigate risk
  • Develop and maintain all financials for projects
  • Attend all leadership meetings
  • Management and oversight of construction team projects to ensure they adhere to the project specific timeline and budget constraints
  • Provide regular review of construction team project progress to ensure safety and proper development
  • Be involved in hiring decisions
  • Win new work as necessary

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred
