Job summary

Circle of Life is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to lead operations across branch offices in the assigned region from our corporate office in Shoreview. The role owns performance, compliance, financial discipline, and leadership strength across the region, reporting to the President and managing regional directors and branch leaders.

Travel ~50% initially; regions include New Mexico, Arizona, and the Dakotas.

Qualifications

• Education: University, 4-year degree preferred. Equivalent operating experience considered.
• Industry knowledge: multi-site operating leadership in healthcare/home care; lead leaders, own a P&L; operate in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring for regional director and branch leadership roles with a structured process end to end.
• Coach and develop regional directors and branch managers; build a succession bench for the region.
• Address underperformance directly and drive towards performance improvement.
• Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth; measure via engagement and retention.
• Run a consistent coaching cadence, including regular one-on-ones and documented development plans.
