Job summary

DSV seeks a Regional Director of Operations to provide strategic leadership for a large geographic region, aligning operations with enterprise targets and client expectations. You will manage budgets, optimize processes and lead teams to deliver high-value logistics services across multiple locations.

The role requires a strong track record in regional operations, expertise in cost control and margin improvement, and proven ability to drive growth while collaborating with HR, Sales and Finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Logistics or equivalent fields is required.
• A minimum of 10 years logistics operations management experience with big box, e-commerce or specialty retailers and at least 5 years’ experience as a regional operations leader managing multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and management of operations across a large geographic region.
• Plan and budget regional financial targets and ensure results meet targets.
• Drive operational excellence and standardization across core services and processes.
• Build and sustain client relationships and support sales initiatives.
• Lead startup facilities for new business and develop talent within the region.
• Supervise General Managers and manage performance to achieve client satisfaction.
