Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• Modeling and data visualization using Excel.
• Business data analytics; using data to inform decisions.
• Statistical language/tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Stata.
• Project management; creating data-driven slide decks.
• Assessment of business operations for regulatory compliance risk.
• Creating data-driven business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Help develop, lead, and implement strategy to achieve business priorities.
• Monitor, understand, and interpret key operational and financial metrics to inform strategy and action plans.
• Develop and apply understanding of the levers that move our business.
• Identify root causes of risks and opportunities, propose practical solutions, and weigh tradeoffs.
• Implement, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes, review performance.
• Proactively search for new features or improvements that could improve marketplace experience and efficiency.
• Maintain productive relationships with cross-functional partners to scope, test and implement initiatives.
• May telecommute.
