Job summary

Hissho Sushi, Inc. is seeking a Regional Supervisor to lead and coordinate operations across assigned locations in the U.S. You will drive sales, ensure product quality, sanitation, and customer satisfaction while aligning with company strategy and franchise partners.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree or related experience, sushi industry experience preferred, and strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills. Travel as needed is expected.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Drives increase in per unit sales and profit through marketing and branding initiatives.
• Achieves sales, profit, quality and customer service goals.
• Monitors customer service, product quality, sanitation/HACCP protocols and product compliance.
• Work with the Store Teams to control cost and maintain consistency.
• Recruit and supervise Company Chefs and Franchisees.
• Visits units regularly to inspect unit operations.
• Interfaces with existing clients to maintain satisfaction and retention.
• Resolves client and customer satisfaction related issues.
• Demonstrates ownership attributes to deliver high levels of customer service.
