Job summary

ATI Restoration, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a primary branch and satellite locations, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. You will drive growth by upholding ATI's standards, safety protocols, and cultural values while developing teams across service lines.

The role reports to the Operations department and involves travel between sites, P&L ownership, budgeting, and strategic execution to maximize regional results and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in restoration, construction, or related environments.
• Proven track record of overseeing teams, managing P&L, and delivering results.
• Experience with mitigation, environmental services, reconstruction, and estimating preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational, financial, and cultural performance of the primary branch and satellite office(s).
• Translate ATI's strategy into local execution plans to drive revenue growth, margin performance, and people management.
• Oversee branch functions including mitigation, environmental, reconstruction, estimating, project management, administration, safety, sales, and collections.
